I work in a home office. We have 3 computers. 2 of them are Vista Home, and the other one is XP. I have shared our calendars without any problems, but we deal with customers on a daily basis and need to keep notes in one place that we can all see. My boss wants me to sinc up our contact manager so that we all see the same contacts and the same notes. I have no idea how to make this happen. I have looked online for help - mostly I get a message that says I need to click on share my contacts, but there IS NO LINK that says share my contacts! SO FRUSTRATING! PLEASE can SOMEONE help!?

My boss wants me to sinc up our contact manager

does this mean you've got business contact manager running? if so that's good because it was designed for this kind of thing

http://office.micros...2060701033.aspx ...this has pretty much all the info on sharing with BCM

if you're wanting to share through outlook alone (which means there will be no central location for contacts...just a bunch of shared contact lists that you have to manually connect to) http://office.micros...2341741033.aspx this may have the answers

hope it works for you.....BCM is designed for exactly what you're doing (sharing contacts within a small group)
