Ok... I am really going to sound like a dork on here... but I need help desperately! My computer illiterate parents asked me (the computer "genius" in the family) to see what was wrong with their computer. I know that they have the aurora virus (it seems to be various others possibly) I just need to know how to get rid of it! I don't know anything about putting my "log" on this thing, but I need to know what to tell my parents to do! Thanks!
