PLEASE HELP ME WITH MY PROBLEM.I REQUEST U

MY TASK MANAGER/REGISTRY EDITING IS DISABLED
IAM NOT ABLE TO INSTALL ANY ANTIVIRUS /SPYWARE
SPEED OF THE PC IS [bleep] SLOW
I KNOW AND I AM SURE THERE WILL BE ATLEAST 100 VIRUSES IN MY PC !!


WHEN I TRY TO FORMAT WITH A BOOTABLE XP SP2 DISC....
I GET THIS MESSAGE --

Problem- My harddisk (it's a western digital)does not boot and when I try booting off the Windows disc I get a partmgr.sys error that says PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA. There is some other technical stuuf at this blue error screen, too,MY PC CONFIGURATION
