its weird i use a config because i play competitively and i accidentally reset it so i couldnt fix it so i uninstalled with the disk but i went to reinstall it and all i see is uninstall on there and its not working any suggestions?

I'm GUESSING you're attempting to reinstall the game? Is it still showing up in the Add/Remove programs menu in the Control Panel? Have you attempted to launch the setup.exe located on the disc and attempt to reinstall it that way?
