I cant run aero and chack for my index score and,
i have no idea what a pci-express root port is
i just know it dos not work proparly!!!

any help!!!

For the Performance Assessment:
Please check your Event Viewer for errors around the time of the error messages above.
Go to Start and type in "eventvwr.msc" (without the quotes) and press Enter.
Then look in the Windows Logs...System logfile (and maybe the Application logfile also)
Let us know what you find.

The PCI error refers to not enough resources being available for the system to work. It suggests that you disable another device on the system to free up the resources. What do you have plugged into the slots on the motherboard? What do you have plugged into your USB/Firewire ports?

I dont really know what am i suppose to look for
but here are some errors

the loadperf and the sidebyside errors accurre severol times!

on the motherboard: grafic card and a soun card
usb: a hdd

I would suggest:
- Download a fresh copy of your video drivers (drivers only, not the whole CCC package that's first offered) from http://www.ati.com
- Then uninstall all the ATI stuff on your system from Control Panel...Programs...Uninstall a program
- Reboot the system and dismiss any Found New Hardware dialogs that may pop up
- Then double click on the driver that you downloaded to install it.

Wel i dont know how to explain
but i just reset bios to defoult setings
and the problam disappeard.

What i dont understand is that the computer is new
and i didnt tuch bios at all????
