Using Windows 2000, have service pack 4, when I log in on my desktop I get the blue screen with the error:

A fatal error in IE has occured at 0028:C0011E36 in VXD VMM(01) +
00010E36. Error was caused by Trojan-Spy.HTML.Smitfraud.c

Ran Ad-Aware and removed what was found. Rebooted but still same problem. Reran Ad-Aware but nothing found. I have browsed thru some of the postings I have found but all are for WinXP. I am not very PC savy so please any help will be great.
