need some help , ive lost control of my daughters computer, no keyboard ,(ps2) and no usb appears to be working , so i cant accsses anything.
the computer boots up and appears all ok but cant do anything after that .
when it boots it goes through the auto detecting seqence and all looks ok until the last message which says
ultradma mode 5,S.M.A.R.T. capable but disabled ??? may be a clue
anyone help me on this pleaseeeeeeeee!!!!
