Before I can make some suggestions, exactly how big is your budget and are you going to have a 32 or 64 bit OS?

I fixed the links. I believe I am going to have a 64 bit OS and my budget is around 600-700$.

Alright, well that case, memory, and hdd look good, but I am going to make some suggestions on the other components.

How much does HT speed affect CPU performance?

HyperTransport is the front side bus of AMD CPU's. It is basically how many commands the CPU can handle in one second; the bigger the nubmer, the faster the CPU.

The 7750 is more energy efficient, has a more efficient manufacturing process (65 nm > 90 nm), and you can OC way better than the 6000+.
