how to delete a pop up messeger service

what is messenger service and how can be disable or delete?


I Installed fix-it utilities 9 professional. and uninstall it because don't help me for what I need. So now every often a small screen pop-up, telling me that I have to updated. or my system go to crash. but I unistall from (add and removed program in control panel) is not longer there. I reinstall my window XP. again and format the hard drive that was new again. but I still received the warnig. I try registrycleaner but I still have the same warning.

how I can stop this to pop up without reinstall fix-it program.

thank for any help that your can give me.

To disable windows messenger service go Here and follow the steps.
Let me know if it fixes your problem.

thank for help me with my problem I think your suggestion resolved the problem with the messenger service. again thank for your help.
