My PC won't stop spewing out Spam

Okay, Norton AV tells me my PC is almost continuosly sending out SPAM but is being blocked by my email server, I've read the the Malware guide, downloaded a lot of programs, Malwarebytes tells me there is nothing, Norton AV tells me there are no viruses, so I'm sorry can someone help with what to do next.
