Virus/spyware crashing system(HELP!)

WELL HELLO GUYS AND GIRLS. I NEED TECH HELP TO DETERMINE WHAT IS CRASHING MY SYSTEM. I'VE DOWNLOADED AVG VIRUS PROGRAM AND MALWAREBYTES. I ALSO HAVE DEFENDER PRO 2009 BUT UNINSTALLED BECAUSE IT DIDN'T CATCH ANYTHING. I ONLY USE ONE PROGRAM AT A TIME IF THAT HELPS. AVG SEEMS TO PICK UP THE SPYWARE COOKIES THOUGH. AFTER ABOUT 30 MIN. TO AN HOUR MY SYSTEM CRASHES.
