Go to Start -> Run -> cmd
Then type in these commands, hitting Enter after each
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /flushdns

Thanks for the advice edge, but iTunes still doesn't work. :/ Should I have restarted my computer afterward?

Should I have restarted my computer afterward?

Try that.

Was there anything you did before this problem started happening? Try uninstalling and reinstalling ITunes.
