I have an Compact 5000 Presario running under Windows XP that for just one web site I visit has a screwed up stored download for this web site that it brings up. I need to locate and eliminate this screwed up copy, but am not sure where these copies are stored on the computer and how to remove.

Go there and download ATF Cleaner. Then use the program as per the instructions on the link.

Hi edge2022

Thanks for your reply. I did not use that cleaner, but I used another and it worked perfectly. I do not know why I did not think of that - really should have.

Good Job! :)
Glad to see that this has been sorted out. What other cleaner did you use?
