I have been a member on Gameduell UK for a few months and to begin with I used my desktop computer to play games with no problems. Because our home is like an internet cafe now, we also have two laptops and I sometimes play on Gameduell using one of the laptops. Everything works fine from whichever computer I use, laptop or desktop.

Last week, I logged in to the site as usual on the desktop pc. Logged in ok but at the top right hand corner it says "user undefined undefined" instead of my user name and status. It will not load any games at all. However if I log in using one of the laptops everything is fine and my user name comes up and I am able to play the games. It's really strange. You may say, well just use the laptop but most of the time they are being used. I just cannot understand why this happens. I have contacted Gameduell and they do not know the answer either. I have googled the query and have had no results. Can anyone think what this could be? I have updated Java and my Flashplayer.
