Mayday! Infected with Trojan - warspy.g

Hello! Ive caught the trojan warspy.g. Ive also tried everything suggested under the "click here before posting a hijack this log" to no avail. There is also almost next to nothing on the internet about this particular trojan! Help me! The trojan has placed a red X icon on my system tray that cannot be removed (even in safe mode!), spurts bogus warnings and notices, places filthy icons on my desktop and replaces my background image with a bogus blue screen warning, wreaks havoc on IE, and seems immune to anti-spyware tools! Please help me! By the way, Im running XP SP1.
