I'm having a hard time installing the Vista SP 1. I'd recently reinstalled windows due to a virus. When I first built the system, I had no problems installing the SP 1. Now I get hung on stage 3 and a !!0xc01a001d!! /registry/derived components...
I have the OEM Vista disk, so I'm able to restore and get back into windows, but is there any way to install SP 1 ? Is it even worth it? I've heard that all of the Hotfixes that come with the SP 1 is a must from some tech-support people...
Can anyone oblige??

Thanx.
