My Chromebook has been frozen by scammers, who are pretending to be Microsoft. Of course, they want money for fake repairs. I used to be able to touch the CTRLALTDEL keys on my old Windows computer, to get rid of them, permanently. Unfortunately, my Chromebook does not have a Delete key, and none of the online sites is of help to me. They assume that I just need to delete a previous letter or phrase. Which keys on my Chromebook will disable these extortionists? Thank you.

If you restart the computer, the system is still locked?
