upload speed

what could cause my upload speed to be very low, 45 to be exact? Thanks for any replys.

go here and test your speeds...post a screenshot of the results...try at least 3 different sits...one close to where you live a 2 from across the country from where you live...
look at you bill...see what speed your paying for...post that with the reply too...
