When i try to install any game on my computer i get this error:

The installsheild engine (ikernal.exe) could not be installed (0x10000)

Can anyone help me fix this?

Thanks for the help but those don't work.

This happened to me once before and the only way i got rid of it was by starting over with my computer.

i dunno what to do cause i dont want to wipe my hard drive...
