PB test failed

When I try to test my "pbsvc", a message comes up saying "get_CurrentProfile failed: 0x800706d9" so I click OK to continue and after going threw steps 2&3, I get another message, "WARNING: one or more tests failed.

I have update PB, I have turned off Windows Firewall because I have Norton 360 activated. I tried turning off Norton and tried to log on to a server in game and was getting "punkbusted" every time. Is there any more information you need from me? Thanx, Harry
