I can't seem to update my windows and it's also causing my sound to not work. I went to control panel > sounds to see what was wrong with it and it says "No audio devices are installed." I also checked in device manager and it has a big yellow/black exclamation mark right next to Multimedia Audio Control. Please, can you help me fix this problem?

Download WUFix.
Double click on WUFix.bat file to run it.
Vista users: right click on WUFix.bat, and click Run as Administrator.
After successful run, restart computer.
