I have an HP and it was in storage for awhile, I just took it out and now it constantly beeps and other than that I have nothing. The screen works cause I hooked it up to my laptop. Any suggestions?

Beeps are usually caused because the computer can't show anything on the screen.
There should be a pattern to the beeps - three short beeps, or one long, two short, etc.
A model number of the computer would be handy - HP have made thousands of different models across all continents.
