Computer keeps knocking me off Internet

I received a message on Facebook from a friend. It contained a link to a video. I clicked on the link and it said "You need the latest version of Flash Player to view. Click here to download latest version." I knew better and I thought twice about it. But since I knew who it (supposedly) came from I clicked. Then all [bleep] broke loose. I stopped it immediately but still picked something up. I followed the Malware Removal instructions and I think I have all of it. But now when I'm online it will randomly knock me off and return to my start up screen.

Please tell me what I need to post. I have Hijack This and a couple of others. I ran Spybot S&D (which I hate because when it's running it always asks me if I want to allow changes and I don't know what to put).
