hi,
my other pc cannot continue to windows, it cannot open to safe mode,
even in other configuration,

sometimes it displays unmountable_boot_volume
what does that mean?

when its in normal mode, its displaying that blue screen just for a millisecond and not been able to figured it out whats the code error number

do i really need to reformat the pc?

BSOD outside of Windows



Start your system and at the Second post screen tap on F8 to get to the Boot Menu
Use the Arrow Keys to Scroll down to the line that says "Auto Start On Error" and highlight it.
Click Enter to disable it
The system should reboot and if not then do so.
When the BSOD shows it will stop so that you can reply with the STOP ERROR and any parameters.

Click on "Recovery Console Instructions" in my sig, and follow the directions to burn a CD.
Boot with that CD and go to the Recovery Console.

Enter your admin pass, and type in:
chkdsk /r

This process will take a long time, and be sure to NOT interrupt it.
Type in: exit
And reboot. If the problem is not fixed, go back the the Recovery Console and give the commands:
fixboot
fixmbr
exit
Reboot, and post results.

unmountable_boot_volume may also mean bad hard drive...

Well, we need to know WHAT exactly worked

when the chkdsk ended, it already boot to windows successfully..

but does that mean it may happen again cause @broni bad hard drive?
can it still be fix? or prevent it not to happen again?

When chkdsk finds some errors, and is able to fix them, you may be OK.
Sometimes, however, it may be a sign of failing hard drive.
I suggest...

Run hard drive diagnostics: http://www.tacktech....ay.cfm?ttid=287
Make sure, you select tool, which is appropriate for the brand of your hard drive.
Depending on the program, it'll create bootable floppy, or bootable CD.
If downloaded file is of .iso type, use ImgBurn: http://www.imgburn.com/ to burn .iso file to a CD, and make the CD bootable.

NOTE. If your hard drive is made by Toshiba, which is not listed, try using Hitachi tools.
