i have no internet,i can't down load hp photosmart c5280 all in one software,can't restore system
my computer went to [bleep] when a hp service person told me what to do . he was wrong . can you please help

What did the Hp person tell you to do, and more important, what did you do?

he told me to delete internet explorer 8 and install internet explorer 7 and thats when everything started
