After my computer crashed all of the sudden (black screen that said "unable to load operation system"), I have tryed to clean einstal windows xp pro with no success. After the computer copies all files from the cd, on the first restart it shows the same black screen as the first time it crashed(black screen that said "unable to load operation system"). Does anyone knows the problem that might be causing this? Please help!?!? :)

Run hard drive diagnostics: http://www.tacktech....ay.cfm?ttid=287
Make sure, you select tool, which is appropriate for the brand of your hard drive.
Depending on the program, it'll create bootable floppy, or bootable CD.
If downloaded file is of .iso type, use ImgBurn: http://www.imgburn.com/ to burn .iso file to a CD, and make the CD bootable.

NOTE. If your hard drive is made by Toshiba, unfortunatelly, you're out of luck, because Toshiba doesn't provide any diagnostic tool.

Thank u for your reply. So you mean that I download and make an iso file on another computer and then run the diagnosis?
