Well I thought I did, they were inside a winrar, then I tried winzip and they were inside that also but I could not get permission to upload, I was denied. I even went down to 300 kb in case it was the size

Follow the instructions Broni gave you earlier.

To zip a file(s)...
Download, and install 7-zip: http://www.7-zip.org/
Right click on a file, you want to zip.
Click 7-zip, then Add to archive.
Click on drop-down menu, next to Archive format, and select zip format.
Click OK.
You'll find zipped file (.zip extension) in the same folder as the original file.

I tried to follow Broni's instructions, the problem being I could not do this part:
Click on drop-down menu, next to Archive format, and select zip format.
Click OK.
as that was not an option for me. I could extract files, extract here, extract to, add to archive or compress & email

Everything seems to be related to this driver: SYMTDI.SYS
Do you have Norton or another Symantec product installed?

No I use Trend Micro Internet Pro. It is my firewall & antivirus However about 4 years ago I did have Norton instead of PC-cillin.

I deleted the SYMTDI.SYS file.

You may have some Norton's leftovers.
Run Norton Removal Tool: http://service1.syma...005033108162039

OK I done that. Now I have a question. What about the other minidump files, especially those with a June date?

Also, is there a specific reason why the Linksys box showed up in the lower righthand bar? When they did a remote access they removed it.
