i get a error at start up and it says this:
error loading NvQTwk
the specified module could not be found.
before this i changed my graphics card and i installed the drivers for it so why is this coming up for?

Did you switch from a Nvidia to another?
If so, make sure that the previous Nvidia drivers are uninstalled.

I think that my be your problem, but it's just a guess.

nope i went froma geforce 2 to a geforce 4

Download the latest nvidia drivers, then download the following
http://www.drivercleaner.net/

Now reboot into safe mode.

Use add/remove to uninstall nvidia drivers for your video card (not system drivers), then use the above tool to remove what remains of the DRIVERS.

Reboot.

Install new nvidia drivers
