Any help Please. I had this trojan, win32 backdoor agent a few weeks ago. I lost all my photos music and everything, just gone or indexed somewhere into files that I could not retrieve. I did a system reinstall, I don't have a disc operating on Dell 530S Windows Vista Basic Home Edition. I bought it with from dell pc factory no installation disc. So...I did a system reinstall to restore factory settings. My computer worked ok for a week or so, and thn I started noticed odd user extensions as having adm rights over folders. It is shared home network. Just me and my daughters. We each have our own user account. I am admn, yet, I could not access files again, my recycle bin never has anything it, even when I delete something it's not showing up, and now I can't even access my recycle bin, and my programs are starting to shut downn on me. Internet Explore is all dodgy acting so I"m now operating in Safe Mode as I cannot even download a file in Regular windows, as it won't let me. I managed to download Trend Micro in safe mode and have posted my log file if it is any help. I know I"m computer illiterate, and have probuably made many mistakes here, but any help Please! I've been up for two days staring at this thing, probuably making it worse with no solutions. Thanks so much.
