Computer Freezes

Hey everyone - My computer keeps freezing after about 5-10 minutes of use. I restart it but it freezes again before anything even comes up on the screen. I turn it off and back on and it freezes in the middle of start-up (before it even gets to windows) - after a little while (about 10 min) I turn it back on and it works for a little while longer then repeats the issue. - any suggestions?
