Win32: Trojan Gen (other)

I continue to have issues with the trojan. I have a pop up come before my splash screen with multiple characters, no plain text. You can click ok and OK only (not the red X) or after 5 mins it goes away on it's own. please help me. let me know what Log files I need to post. Thank you in advance
