I started off the morning with Norton telling me I had a packed.generic.200 virus and they wanted $99.99 to fix it. Then I ran a security scan through Microsoft that found a total of 3 problems, but could only fix 2 leaving me with the Trojan:Win32/Tibs.gen!Ids virus. I was offered a free trial of Microsoft Live OneCare service, but it looks like I have to remove Norton and eventually pay $49.95 for the service. Agghhhh!

At a friends request, I am here looking for a way to remove the Trojan:Win32/Tibs.gen!Ids virus myself. However, I am not as computer fix'in savvy as I am navigating the web. I can't seem to figure out which fix instructions I need to use for this virus. Can someone, please, direct me where to start?
