QuickBooks error

I have a member in the office here that's having a major problem with QuickBooks.

I have re-installed the software for her, I have built her a new machine and I have ensured there is no type of malware on her machine.

Size: 0x0029300

... There's a lot of these little errors in this report.
I attempted to contact QuickBooks, but even after we purchased 5 licenses ($1000+ USD) they refuse to support us without paying an additional $200/hr...

I am praying someone here may be able to shed some insight on this.
