I need some help. I went to open photoshop and it came up saying that it could not open because my preferences had been deleted and then when i try to uninstall it it gives me an error message that says:
An error (-5006 : 0x80070052) has occured while running the setup. Please make sure you have finnished any previous setups and closed other applications.

So can anyone help me?
