Wi-Fi Leak?

Is it possible for a wireless signal to "leak" from a non-wireless router with enough strength for a laptop to access the internet if situated within 10 feet or so?
Thanks in advance for any thoughts.

No, if the wireless hardware doesnt exist in the router, there is no leak.
