App impossible to uninstall

I have been trying to uninstall The Ultimate Troubleshooter (TUT) to no avail. Even Revo produces the error message: "Could not open INSTALL.LOG file". Can anyone tell me how to get around this? I have no use for the app (DLed in a moment of desperation last year) and I don't want it taking up space unnecessarily.

Try to reinstall it over the top, and then uninstall again, using Revo.
