I had a few files I was manually cleaning up on my computer. I sent them to the recycle bin and had to delete most one at a time. Now there aren't any files in there anymore yet it still has on the desktop icon that there are items in there.

When I try to empty, it asks me "are you sure you want to delete DirectX9?"

I say yes, it then says "Cannot delete Dc13: Access is denied"

Yet there are no files in there... I deleted an empty folder with the same name from my C: directory.

I can't restore the folder either, nothing happens.

I really don't know what to do to fix this problem.

Sorry, upon a reboot it seems the problem is solved. Last time this happened a reboot didn't fix it.
