As usual, I am not sure if this is an appropriate place for my dilemma.
Received camera as gift. Due to vision challenges it has taken me longer than most to learn to use it efficiently.
Previous computer Dell with Home XP2 CROAKED with the drivers installed on it.
Now using New Dell with Vista but the cd for the camera is no where to be found. Is there any solution to my problem ?? There are some great shots of grand-daughter on the camera that her daddy who is deployed overseas would love to receive BUT!!
Is there anyone who can point me in the right direction for replacing the cd or downloading drivers from someplace ???

There are a couple options that come to mind, but we need more info on the make and model of the camera.
Does the camera have onboard storage or is it on a flash card.

Most cameras will connect with a USB cable and be seen by windows explorer.
If you have a card, the card can be removed and an external card reader can be used.

Without more info, I can't give you any more.

camera is SANYO digital camera VPC-E760,7 MEGA PIXELS

I hope this information is what you are needing to be able to help me.
thank you
I do not think that i have a flash card - the only thing that seems to be removable is the battery for charging purposes.

Your Sanyo VPC-E760 Manual

According to this site , drivers are not needed for XP. I would expect that to be especially true with Vista.

You will need the USB cable that is shown on page 34. I believe (by the picture) that it is a standard USB on 1 end and a mini USB on the other end.
The camera should show hope as another drive in your windows explorer.
The other connectors shown are video and sound for viewing on a TV.
