I just did an automatic update for window xp sp1 to service pack 3. When I did a maleware scan, it had took about 37 min to complete scan, compared to 10 min for sp1.

There nothing wrong with the system, The scan just didn't find anything though, but it seem to take longer and while I was watching there was a lot of weird word that it scanned, such was window/$unistall$/something...

Can anyone take a look to see anything strange or wrong with my system.

I put an XXX = many number, such as 6489 will be 68XX, if this mess up your reading, I can post another log with full number. I just put xxx, because I just dont want to get hacked lol(I know it kinda childish, but I just worry)
