Trojan horse agent 2.LFN cannot remove it!

Tojan horse agent 2.LFN was identified by AVG
I since uninstalled AVG and tryed to install McAfee SecurityCenter but it wont install correctly.
I find any antivirus site seems to get blocked as does logging on to google sites but apart from that internet browsing seems ok apart from the odd Crash and Restart.

Any Ideas
