Hi,

When using Firefox/flock i accidentally selected an option (:)) Anyway when i click anywhere on the page it has the flashing line for text and stuff and it let's you click anywhere on the page which is really annoying.

Sorry if i didn't explain it very well :)

Possibly you turned on caret browsing?
Try hitting F7. It will toggle it off if it's already on or give you the dialog to use it if it's off.
