Welcome to Geeks To Go

As indicated by your OS none that is the problem...

I'm assuming you can't get the computer to boot up so you can't install an Operating system... Correct?

Let me know

Ok well that answers my question...
You do have an OS but you are having issues...

Just a caution for you... Without the proper direction one should not utilize combofix or other malware specialist tools...

These tools can cause great harm to your computer if used improperly...

Looking at your combo fix log you have\had an infection... till you have been cleared by our experts here, in the malware forum I'm unable to assist you.

Please

click here on malware and spyware cleaning guide follow the instructions there.

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself.
If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty start a NEW topic and post the requested logs in THAT forum. (make part of the topic state that you are having a hard time running security programs)
Once the malware technicians have cleared out any infection and given you a clean bill of health, if the problem continues then feel free to post back here and we can investigate the problem even more.

Thank you and Good Luck
