Hello EveryOne, How are you. I need some help,

I have Windows Server 2003. I gating some error message. Like this

svchost.exe application error
The instruction at "0x0115f4b6" reference memory at "0x0115f4b6" The memory could not be "written"

Click on OK to terminate the Program
Click On CANCEL to debug the program

when i click any of one all my network connections are gone and cannot be re-established.

Please help me....and give me Advance.... I well waiting for you reply....
