So I am trying to use my wireless laptop connection to connect with my xbox through an ethernet cable but it's not working i have tried all the steps xbox told me to do and still nothing so i went to there webpage and they told me to check my ipconfig with comand prompt so i did so and it said that all my local area connections and my blue tooth connection were disconnected i don't know why but i still have wireless just not cable
