Avast was running a scan on one of my PC's in safe mode, and is states this in the log file or whatever you call it:

C:\WINDOWS\winstart.bat

Unable to scan: File is offline - it is currently not available

MY Question:

Should I be concerned?

I was running in safe mode cuz I purchased Uniblue Driverscanner and after I installed it my PC slowed way down and I could not uninstall it and even tho I installed it--it doesn't show up in the program files but does show up in Add Remove--but I cannot uninstall it. It keeps trying to install instead!!1
