Calling ID has stopped working

At random times a message will pop up saying "calling Id has stopped working". It goes on to say that Windows willo attempt to correct the problem. Nothing ever happens and I just "x" out the pop up. Sometimes it will appear several times again during that session and sometimes I won't see it again during that session.

Someone reported this problem to your site at another time and they said they solved it by replacing CA security center with another security program. I don't have CA securiy center.

I have a Toshiba A303-S6858 about six month old. I'm running Vista Home Premium. I have nothing unusual loaded - Microsoft Office, Comcast Cable with Mcaffe Security Center and an HP wireless printer. No games or downloaded software that I know of.
