Hey guys, I've run into this problem with my software(Versisoft V3) at my dealership and the tech guy says he believes it's an virus because Im also not able to download anything firefox just freezes up. I've tried d/l a couple virus programs and firefox just stalls. Any help would be appreciated, he believes that there is a command.com error. I was able to run McCaffee virus scan and Malewarebytes with no errors found.
Thanks in advance for any help you can give.
