What is the best Anti-Virus/Anti-Spyware?

I need to get one as I've been doing all the monitoring myself but I see it's just not possible anymore.

The two I had in mind were BitDefender and Kaspersky.

EDIT: Nod32 just came into mind.

i use CA antivirus and spyware terminator in both my windows - and common sense
