this is really nothing but i was watching last nights battlestar (im aussie so we havent seen em all yet) it was kobols last gleaming part 1, and soemthing the president said reminded me of something from old testament, she said she was the dying leader who would lead humanity (or atleast her people) to the promised land but that she herself would never go there, i remember moses lead the heabrew slaves to israel but was not allowed to set foot there himself,

nothing much just thought it would be of interest to some people
