when i try to serach the toolbar show up blue background and the dog at the bottom but not fields to type in the search just the blue background and dog also when i check my email in hotmail in internet explerer when i click on the mail nothing happen it just stay there same problem in windowupdate site it stays blabk tho

try downloading the scripting engine and reinstalling it.....some malware programs seem to be messing it up
